If there’s one thing Nike and Sacai love to do, it’s collaborate. Linking up once again, the Japanese luxury label has taken a wander through the Nike archives to bring us the Magmascape, a wild amalgamation of the 80s Air Magma hiking boot and beloved Air Footscape. Drafted with a varsity royal knit mesh, this chunky hi-top is bookended by shaggy suede atop the toe and heel while a sculpted TPU guard shrouds the heel. The Footscape’s asymmetrical lacing system tracks the tongue complete with a toggle while a secondary hiking lace system features metallic locks on each side. 3M hits pop throughout while premium leather lines the padded ankle collar atop debossed Nike logo detailing. Underfoot, we find an ultra-chunky Cushlon foam midsole set atop a lugged rubber outsole for all-terrain traction. Nike x Sacai Magmascape
